One of my more difficult podcasts to speak about the issues we
face in mental health. The reason for this was to be honest a big
part of the grieving process for me of a team mate and friend who
took their life last week.
I want to show people that it's ok to speak up about it and I think
it needs to be done more, so here's episode 13, enjoy.
